The bed accommodates two people and features a firm mattress. All household linens (bed linen and towels) are provided, and the apartment is professionally cleaned and ready upon arrival. All shops are within 50 meters: a supermarket, bakeries, and restaurants are even located at the bottom of the building. It is located in the vibrant center of Frankfurt-Niederrad, at the intersection of tram and bus lines leading everywhere: * Main train station: 20 minutes by tram * Airport Terminal 1: 25 minutes by bus or S-Bahn * Frankfurt Hauptwache/Börse: 22 minutes by tram and subway * Stadium / DFB training center: 10–15 minutes walking distance There are two parks within 200 meters, and Frankfurt’s forest is a 10-minute walk away. Parking is generally available, and you can store a bike in the building’s courtyard. The building has an elevator and a friendly, helpful housekeeper. Washing machines are available in the basement. A cellar compartment is available for storage. All fees are included in the monthly rent, including Wi-Fi (100 Mb connection). A smart TV/monitor is provided, along with an adjustable desk for comfortable working from home. A one-time cleaning fee of €150 applies. A minimum stay of 3 months is required.
