We are looking for a young working professional to join our Co-Living apartment. Our aim is to make your stay as pleasant as possible and therefore we offer private rooms in shared apartments fully furnished and equipped with a kitchen, refrigerator, oven/microwave, cooking equipment, washing machine, dishes and bed lined. The rental price includes an advance payment for utilities such as gas, water, electricity and internet. Besides the 1st month’s rent that needs to be paid through Uniplaces in order to reserve the room, there is a deposit of 1250 euros that needs to be paid prior to your move in date along with the one time agency fee of 149 euros. The one time agency fee includes new bed linen and end cleaning of the room. The deposit is of course refundable at the end of your stay if no damages or overuse of utilities have occurred. The Rental Agreement will be sent to you only after the reservation is completed and you will be signing it digitally online prior to your move-in date. The minimum stay is 3 months with a one calendar month termination notice.
