More About the Property
Spacious, fully furnished apartment in Frankfurt Sachsenhausen Nord:
Exclusive, bright and tastefully furnished 86 sqm apartment in historic building located in Frankfurt am Main in 'Sachsenhausen Nord'. The apartment is backwards on the 1st floor, very calm, and offers an appealing view into a green park area. It is fully furnished and comprises a spacious, well equipped kitchen with a dining table for 4-6, a windowed bathroom with bathtub and shower, a separate toilet, a very calm bedroom with a king size bed and a commodious wardrobe, and a bright and comfortable living with an extensive balcony into the green.
The apartment is well located close to the Central Business District (CBD) as well as the European Central Bank (ECB) in footwalk distance between Schweizer Platz and river Main with excellent transport, shopping and leisure opportunities. Available from 1st of February 2027 onwards.
The city (hidden)achsenhausen, Frankfurt’s second-largest district in terms of population, is one of the city’s most popular and sought-after residential areas. Unlike many other districts in Frankfurt, Sachsenhausen – situated south of the Main – was never an independent entity, but has been part of Frankfurt since the Middle Ages. Sachsenhausen is renowned far beyond the city limits for its numerous traditional cider taverns and the Museumsufer, which enjoys an international reputation thanks to its 13 museums, and of course the "Städel", one of Germany’s most significant and well-known art museums.
Sachsenhausen offers an excellent infrastructure with a full range of shopping facilities, numerous restaurants, bistros, etc. Shops and services are within easy walking distance, and there are plenty of public transport options via a dense network of buses and trains. The international airport can be reached in around 10–15 minutes by car.
