We would like to rent out our 3-room apartment from January until the end of March 2027, as we will be abroad during this time. The apartment is located in a green and extremely quiet area. Nevertheless, it is still well-connected, and you can reach Essen Werden by car in 5 minutes. Further photos upon request. 180cm king-size bed in one bedroom. The 2nd bedroom is currently a children's room with a cot for a child currently 5 years old; we could add a 90cm single mattress. 2 bathrooms, all modern and as good as new. 1 underground parking space.
