The apartment has room for 2 persons which should be a couple as there's only one bed-/livingroom. The basic rent listed is for a single person occupancy. I have added the optional costs for 2-person-occupancy as 'other optional costs'. In the modern equipped kitchenette of this vacation apartment you can prepare a breakfast or even a small meal. By feet you reach the old town of Düsseldorf or the Königsallee within about 15 minutes. Restaurants, pubs and shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. You can easily reach the apartment, located on the third floor, via an elevator.
