The flat has one bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen and a living room, all connected by a small hallway. The living room comes with a balcony and i will rent the rooms with the main furniture, so you can just move in and live comfortably. (Meaning bed, wardrobe, couch, full kitchen, washing machine and so on). My flat is just 5 minutes walking to the main station Dresden and about 10 to 15 minutes to the university (depending on where you wanna go). It is relatively quiet for this perfect location, because it is not located at a main road and the next supermarkets are also in 5-10 minutes walking distance. The neighbours are really friendly and the rental company also really cares about the residents.
