Booking Deposit:-
You have to pay €50 non-refundable fee to cover the administration costs associated with processing your application.
Security Deposit:-
To secure your room, you must pay a security deposit of €1000.
Instalment Plans:-
All your rents need to be paid monthly in advance, as set out clearly in the rental agreement you sign at the time of booking. To keep things simple, the total rent due needs to be paid monthly in advance in 12 equal payments as per the rental agreement. If you prefer, you may pay the total rent in full by one payment at the start of the tenancy period.

Right of withdrawal
1. If you have not viewed the apartment before signing the contract, you can cancel the booking in accordance with Section 355 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
2. You [AR7] have the right to cancel your contract with the property within 14 days of the date of conclusion of the contract without giving a reason (the “Withdrawal Period”).
3. Notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal must be made to the property via email within the Withdrawal Period.
Consequences of cancellation within the Withdrawal Period
1. If you withdraw from your contract within the Withdrawal Period as set out above, the team will reimburse you for all amounts you have paid no later than 14 days after receipt of your withdrawal notification. They will use the same means of payment for this repayment as for the original transaction, unless you expressly make a different agreement with them. They do not charge any fees for this repayment.
2. If you have already taken-up occupation of the property when you request cancellation of your contract during the withdrawal period, you will pay an amount of the total amount of rent payable under the contract which is proportionate to the period of time up to the date on which you give notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal from the contract.
