We designed a new environment created for students, young professionals, interns, who want to spend a season in the beautiful city of Bonn, in a beautiful WG, specially made for you. It is a shared house of 3 floors with 4 double rooms and one loft, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, heating, patio, basement, and laundry. The house is located in the heart of Altstadt neighborhood at 200 m from the center, 150 m from public transport. 800 mt from the central station 1 km from the University of Bonn. The 4 rooms have 15 sqm furnished with a double bed 140x 200m, mattress, bedding, wardrobe, towels, desk, lamps, shelves, side tables, bedside table, armchair, internet, lock door, central heating, and more. On the price, all the services are included. Registration on the property is possible. It's only possible to accept bookings for students with proof of matriculation/document of the university. Also, it's not possible to accept bookings made by others, if you want to live here you should do the booking yourself.
