The 4 rooms have 15 sqm furnished with a double bed 140x 200m, mattress, bedding, wardrobe, towels, desk, lamps, shelves, side tables, bedside table, armchair, internet, lock door, central heating, and more. On the price, all the services are included. Registration on the property is possible. It's only possible to accept bookings for students with proof of matriculation/document of the university. Also, it's not possible to accept bookings made by others, if you want to live here you should do the booking yourself.
