The spacious 2-room apartment extends over the entire attic of a beautiful art nouveau house in downtown Augsburg. The three roof terraces are the highlight of this apartment: here you can relax from everyday life and enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine. The bright and large living room with its open beams offers you a great feeling of space with optimal privacy. For hot summernights we‘ve installed an AC in the bedroom and a large&silent fan in the livingroom to cool you down. The neighboring Bismarckviertel with its very special flair is also only a short walk: here you can visit cozy cafes and excellent restaurants.
