Hi ! This room is available in our friendly shared apartment, home to five girls :) About the room: - Fully furnished - Large wardrobe - Balcony - Next to one of the bathrooms About the flat: - Large living room (great for dinner parties) - Well-equipped kitchen with a cosy balcony - Two bathrooms and a separate toilet - Courtyard to leave the bike The flat is in a very convenient location, close to public transport, the city center, and all essential amenities. The room is furnished. There are currently three other girls in the flat: Lara (German, 26) who is doing a PhD in Economics, Rafaëlle (French, 28) who works in HR, and in August, Elena (German, 29) will be moving in, who works as a teacher. We are looking for someone aged 25 or older. Please note that we mainly speak English in the flat, so please only consider us if that works for you. It’s super important to us that everyone gets along well and feels part of the flat’s social life. We often have dinner together, play board games, or watch movies in the living room. Occasionally, we throw a party, and friends are always welcome. We have a rotating cleaning schedule that everyone takes seriously, and we’re generally well organised to make shared living respectful, comfortable, and easy for everyone.
