I am renting a fully renovated, furnished 20 m2 apartment in the 15th arrondissement of Paris, near Les Invalides/Eiffel Tower. It's on the ground floor, overlooking a courtyard, and is secure and very quiet. It's very close to two metro stations: Ségur (line 10) and Sèvres Lecourbe (line 6). The apartment has a mezzanine with a bed for two. On the floor, there is a sofa bed on one side and a dining table on the other. In addition to the storage on the mezzanine, there is also a wardrobe, a bookshelf, and a decorative antique fireplace on the floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, a washing machine, a small refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster, pots, pans, dishes, and cooking utensils. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. Heating (central) is included in the rent.
