Located on one of the most beautiful street of Paris, facing the Eiffel Tower and 100m away from Le Champs de Mars and its gardens. The studio is small but offers all the comfort needed for your stay in Paris wifi, TV, kitchen, fresh towels etc...all inclusive 4th floors with the elevator and the last floor by a private stair, and there you are! The studio has been fully refurnished recently with new furnitures and we made our best to offer you with this cosy rooftop all the standard of a nice Boutique Hotel. located at the last floor, he is the unique appartment there, no vis a vis and the sofa bed facing the eiffel tower....have a good night!

Will the booking fee be refunded to the student?
Fee is non-refundable in case the student decides to swap their accommodation from a non-commissionable property to a commissionable property. Platform Fee is refundable to the student if they decide to cancel their booking within the defined “UniAcco Cooling Off Period”. This period will be upto 48 hours from the months April-September and 5 days from the months October-March.
Why should a student book with UniAcco and not directly with the Property Manager?
We will assist the student with the entire booking process. End-to-end handling of the cancellation process for the student. (Platform Fee won’t be refundable to the student in this scenario). Post Move-In Assistance to the student.
