The accommodation is located in the Père Lachaise district, in the centre of Paris. Many restaurants, public transport and shops are nearby. The flat is on the 4th floor with a lift. It is fully furnished and offers a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, crockery, microwave, toaster, kettle, saucepans, utensils, frying pans... As well as iron, ironing board, washing machine. Everything you need for cleaning is already present in this flat share: bucket and mop, hoover, broom... Every furnished flatshare includes all the charges: condominium charges, electricity, water, rubbish tax, unlimited wifi, home insurance. All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, crockery, decoration...) by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance. The Père-Lachaise district is in the heart of the 20th arrondissement, bordered to the north by the Belleville district, to the east by the Saint-Fargeau district, to the south by the Charonne district and to the west by the boulevards of Charonne and Menilmontant.
