We are a large student residence in Paris with over 15 YEARS of service. Fully furnished separate beds desks etc. We are close to many universities central Paris is just 20 minutes by train. RER C train and metro 4 mins walk to station. The houses are situated in a secured gated residence. Meet people from all round the world. Large garden BBQ area. Kitchen and showers are shared 6 showers and 6 toilets. Cleaning lady comes each day Monday to friday to clean all communal areas. Large TV common room. Free fibre optique in all rooms and laundry machines. Central heating. Each resident is given a cupboard space and fridge space The neighbourhood has lots of green spaces and lakes. Shops, markets, cafes, everything in walking distance. We have a fantastic bunch of international students, friendly and good. PLEASE NOTE A deposit will also be required if the booking is over 2 months!
