The accommodation is located in the Champs de Mars district, in the centre of Paris. Many restaurants, shops and public transport are located nearby. The flat is on the second floor. It is ready to live in and has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, pots and pans, toaster, crockery, kettle, pans, utensils, microwave... But also washing machine, iron, ironing board. All the equipment for the cleaning is on the spot inside this flat share: broom, hoover, bucket and mop, broom... Each furnished flatshare includes all the charges: condominium charges, rubbish tax, water, home insurance, unlimited wifi, electricity. \All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, crockery, decoration...) by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance. The Champ-de-Mars, where this charming furnished flatshare is located, is a large public garden of 780 meters long, situated in the 7th district of Paris. It is bordered on one side by the Ecole Militaire and on the other by the famous Eiffel Tower. Historically charged with events, the garden was once reserved for the army and was later the site of several public events and even served as an execution site. A symbol of the Republic, it was used as a place of celebration and also hosted several World Fairs towards the end of the 19th century. Today, the Champ de Mars is a quiet and sunny place where you can have a picnic, listen to an open-air concert, see exhibitions and fireworks.
