Please note there's an extra fee for pets, of €30/per month. This studio features a double bed or two single beds or a sofa, LCD TV, safe, fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, microwave, hob, coffee maker, crockery and cooking utensils), balcony and bathroom with bath and WC. All studios are air-conditioned, soundproofed and have free Wifi access. Guests are required to provide the following documents in order to have the booking accepted: 1. Financial guarantees (Guarantee certificate/Work Contract/Guarantor with income that is 2,5 more than the rent + ID + proof of address + proof of revenue (payslips of the last 3 months) + work contract) 2. Proof of mobility: (University enrollment/Work Contract) 3. Proof of identity: (ID/ Passport/Visa if needed) Note that in France tenants are required to have an house insurance that might come with a fee.
