After 24 hours of confirmation until your move-in date: A refund of the first month's rent is only possible if Studapart (the landlord) agrees. This is at their discretion.
Within 48 hours of move-in: If the place is not as advertised or unavailable, you can receive a full refund, including the Tenant Protection fee, by submitting a "Cancel rental" form on the platform.
After 48 hours from your move-in date, you are no longer eligible for a refund through the platform.
