Cancellation Policy

For any resident who is looking to cancel their lease mid-term or before their arrival, they have the option to sublet or relet their space out a. Sublet: resident can find a subtenant to sublease the space. The primary resident is responsible for rent collection, unit conditions, and key exchange with the subtenant. Sublet agreement must be approved by the management office. b. Relet: resident can find a student to take over the remaining portion of the lease. There is a $100 CAD administration fee for all successful relets. Relet must be approved and sign their own new lease with the management office. c. Residents may opt-out of their lease annually as outlined in section B of the additional terms.

How do I receive my mail and package?

Mail will be delivered to your mailbox located in the lobby. Packages will be dropped off in the lobby at the Parcel Lockers, accessible 24 hours/day.
