We have 9 private new furnished rooms in a house over 4 floors, comprising hall, 3 bathroom shower and 4 toilets , a fully equipped kitchen in common situated on the groundfloor of the house . The attribution of the rooms is obviously tributary of the availabilities of the moment. The rooms (+- 12 m2) comprise: bed, mattress, small cupboard, worktable, office chair, wardrobe , hangings, ceiling luminary, standard lamp, desk lamp , curtains (type Ikea, ...).We provide also forks and spoons, pot and pans and a clean pillow and a duvet at your arrival . Wireless internet is included in the rent. There is a laundry shop in the street and also some shops . A regular cleaning of the common pats of the house ( floors and stairs ) is done every 2 weeks. The checking in and out are done by an independent expertise office Ageci and the costs are at charges of the tenant .( the price for this is calculated by the expertise office +- 100euro inventory in and +-100 euro inventory out ) There is also a overnight guest fee of 35 euro a night and an assurance fee of 65 euro to be covered during your whole stay ( 65 euro to be paid only one time for a whole year ). The rooms are clean and pleasant, furnished in a pratical way. General environment is convivial and sympathetic, the atmosphere is made by E.U.trainees and students of various European nationalities. At 10 minutes’ walk from the European Parliament and 5 minutes walk from the Commission, Easy communications to all directions: bus stop in the street ,tram and subway at 5 minutes walk . Access from the airport: line 12 Airport station Nord or Central . In the vicinity: shops, supermarkets, laundrettes, banks, ... CONDITIONS: Rooms with shared bathroom and shared kitchen : 640 Euro/month in case your renting period is minimum 3 year. we 're looking for a new tenant who will stay minimum 12 months or longer and in case of shorter renting periods we ask a monthly supplement + the tenant has to find a replacer for his room and has to sign a 3 year renting contract
