The very best section of Bois de la Cambre right around the corner. Rent is 1150, plus the 100 for the parking space and 250 provisional charges. Total = 1500 The parking space (it's easy to rent that out though if not needed) and 250 in monthly charges including building maintenance/cleaning, water & heating (which can be adapted based on actual use). Electricity not included ~370 per year. Requirements: - Pay slip of last 6 months - Copy of IDs - Copy of last 6 months rent payments of previous lease contract or Copy or ID of Rental guarantor (e.g: parents) - 2 months deposit blocked in bank account during the whole lease period - 1 month rent payment upfront - Lease contract signed by all parties - Move-In inspection report : fees to be shared by both parties
