Room has double furniture (two beds, two closets, two desks,....and private bathroom and toilet to share in the room) Kitchen is in common and cleaned 2X a week. Each student has his own locker and shelf in the fridge. Included in the rental price: water, internet access , electricity, fire insurance, heating... Facilities: study room, cloth dryer, washing machine, ... Price is per person in a double room.: 550 euro Academic year students: 12 months rental contract The deposit must be paid right after the booking and together with signing the rental contract!
