I am looking for someone to take over my cozy room during the winter semester. The flat is a classic "Altbau" apartment and shared with two other very nice people. The rent stated in the ad includes electricity, heating, household insurance, internet and public broadcasting fee. The room is 17m2 furnished, with high ceilings and large eastside windows that let in plenty of natural light. Smaller furnitures and other items can be removed if wished, this will be negotiated when you show interest. In addition to your room, there is a shared kitchen (with a dishwasher), a bathroom with a bathtub (and a washing machine), as well as two balconies. Each room has its own seperate access to the hallway. There is also a dining room, storage room and toilet seperate from the bathroom. The apartment is perfectly connected: a tram stops right outside the front door, the bus stop is only a minute away and a supermarket is right across the street. On top of that the city center is only a 10-minute walk away.
