Should you receive a visa rejection from the Department of Immigration or be notified that you will not receive an unconditional offer, please inform the property team of where you booked to stay:

• Within five (5) working days of receiving the notification

• Before your contract is meant to start

• Include a copy of the communications you have received

If you haven't received either or seven (7) days before your contract is meant to start, please inform the property team and they will inform you in relation to next steps - this is on a case-by-case basis.
