Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation before move-in (4+ weeks’ notice): If a student pays the deposit but decides not to move in and informs us at least 4 weeks in advance, a $100 cancellation fee will apply, and the remaining deposit will be refunded.
• Cancellation before move-in (less than 4 weeks’ notice): If a student pays the bond but decides not to move in and provides less than 4 weeks’ notice, one week’s deposit will be non-refundable.
• Early Termination: If a tenant terminates the residential tenancy agreement before the end of the fixed term, the following break fees will apply:
• 100% of the security deposit if more than 80% of the fixed term remains at the time notice is given.
• 50% of the security deposit if 20% or less of the fixed term remains at the time notice is given.
• This break fee is payable in addition to any outstanding rent, damages, or other lawful costs. The Mysa House AU also reserves the right to recover further losses if actual costs exceed the break fee.
