House Rules
You may cancel your membership at any time through the members’ portal. No penalty fee will apply provided you have completed the minimum stay of 12 weeks and have given at least 21 days’ notice of cancellation. Failure to meet the minimum stay and/or the required notice period will result in a penalty equivalent to two weeks’ rent, which will be deducted from your security deposit.

You are entitled to cancel your membership at any time from FriendStay’s members portal. No penalty fee will apply when complying with the minimum stay of 12 weeks and give a minimum cancellation notice of 21 days. Failure to comply with the minimum stay and/or the minimum leave notice will incur a penalty fee equal to 2 weeks of rent which will be deducted from your security deposit.
Does my agreement end once my minimum stay is over?
No. This agreement does not automatically end once the minimum stay is completed. It will continue until either party—you or FriendStay—formally terminates it.
To end the agreement, you must submit a cancellation notice through the Member’s Portal. This notice must be sent at least 21 days prior to your requested move-out date. The earliest possible termination date must be after the minimum stay period is completed, unless FriendStay agrees otherwise in writing.
Failure to meet either the minimum stay or the 21-day notice requirement will result in a penalty fee equivalent to two weeks of rent.

If you are relocated within FriendStay’s portfolio, a new agreement will be issued. The new agreement will have its own minimum stay, starting from the first rent payment date of the new accommodation.
