The bond will be refunded within 21 days after your check-out, provided all conditions are met.
Early Move-Out Policy
Can you move out before your minimum stay ends?

Moving out before the agreed minimum stay is considered a breach of contract, and in such cases, the security deposit will not be refunded.
However, there is an option to avoid this loss:
You may transfer your lease by finding someone to take over your room. If you successfully arrange a replacement tenant:

Your full bond will be refunded.
