Payment info & policies
Security Deposit: £750.00 per person due within 7 days of confirming the booking, along with signing the contract. (refundable at the end of tenancy)
Payment Plan: If the booking is under 4 months, we will require the payment in full. If over 4 months, we would require a UK guarantor, so they can pay on a monthly basis. If no guarantor, then the rent would be due in full.
Guarantor: UK Bases Guarantor.
Pament Mode: Credit/debit card or online transfer.
• Bookings of less than 4 months - refund will only be given if AES is able to re-let the bed space
• Bookings of more than 4 months - after 4 months occupation either party reserves the right to terminate the agreement by giving 1 months' notice.
