Most of our properties include gas, electricity, water, TV License and WiFi internet. So no other bills will need to be paid unless otherwise stated.
No, you’re responsible for cleaning your room and tenants who share areas are responsible for cleaning kitchens, living areas and bathrooms.
We will only clean communal corridors, stairs and common areas in general.
There are two options when signing up with us:
1. We set you up with a refundable deposit protected by DPS which amounts to 5 weeks worth of rent.
2. We set you up with Reposit which acts as a deposit but only amounts to one weeks worth of rent which is non-refundable.
