If you're a first-year student or moving into the property for the first time, it’s understood that visa-related issues can arise. To accommodate this, a flexible cancellation policy is offered for such situations.
If your visa application to study in the UK is denied, you can cancel your booking and receive a refund for your damage deposit and any rental payments made. To process this, simply submit a written cancellation request along with proof of your visa rejection. This policy is applicable to First-Year Students only
If you're a first-year undergraduate student and things don’t go as planned with your university offer, the property team is here to help. It’s important to act quickly—your property team must receive these documents within 7 days of your results being published. Once the documents are verified and the details are confirmed, your Tenancy Agreement will be canceled, and you’ll receive a full refund of any damage deposit or advance rent you’ve paid.
