Cancellation Policy :-

Year-round Halls of Residence: Cancellation, postponement or curtailment of stay received less than 4 weeks prior to arrival will incur a cancellation charge of 4 weeks plus booking fee.
Summer Halls of Residence: Cancellation, postponement or curtailment of stay received less than 4 weeks prior to arrival will incur a charge of 4 weeks (or equivalent to whole stay for shorter bookings).
Apartment/House Shares: Cancellation, postponement or curtailment of stay received less than 4 weeks prior to arrival will incur a charge of 4 weeks, plus booking fee.
Homestays: Cancellations received less than 1 week prior to arrival will incur a cancellation charge of 1 week, plus booking fee.
