If you have paid the deposit and have not yet signed the tenancy agreement but change your mind, then you are due your deposit back. You can cancel your booking in writing or by sending an email directly to the Property Team. However, if you have paid the deposit and signed the tenancy agreement then you are legally bound by the terms of the lease.

Any other cancellation and refund of deposit can only be permitted under special circumstances at our discretion Eg not being accepted onto your course or a serious medical ground.
