After the booking is confirmed, if you wish to cancel:
-3 weeks before of the customer arrival, no fee
-Less than 3 weeks of the customer arrival, we will keep 10% of the total amount (minimum 50 euro)
-Less than 1 week of the customer arrival, we will keep 50% of the total amount
-Less than 24 hours of customer arrival, we will keep the whole payment.
-If you are placing a last-minute booking (less than 3 weeks of customer arrival) you have the option of cancelling it within 48 hours with no fee
