Especially practical is the additional storage room, which each apartment has. Here, opposite the living entrance, there is room for whatever would get in your way in everyday life – such as suitcases, household appliances, or baby carriages. This facilitates the unrestricted use of the entire living space for active life. An optical enlargement of the apartment is achieved by the chic glass front. It runs through the entire exterior walls and opens up the view of the expanse of the beautiful blue Danube River. The ceilings, unusually high for a new building, further enhance this effect.
