The surfaces will be disinfected and we will make sure that after the cleaning, at least 24 hours will pass during which the apartment will be aired. We offer this professional cleaning without additional costs. --- The apartment has been renovated aprox four years ago and it's fully furnished with everyhting you need. It is located on the mezzanine floor of a charming old building, which also got renovated few years ago. The apartment offers approx. 30m2 and is equipped with a high-quality kitchen (incl. dishwasher, coffeemaker, ofen, stove etc). There is a central heating and a nice bathroom and a washing machine. Furthermore, the whole house has been renovated about five years ago too, so it's in general a nice building to live in. ______________ LEGAL INFORMATION: The apartment must be rented for a minimum of three months and a maximum of 12 months. Important: Many apartments in Vienna are rented as short-term-rentals, although this is not permitted. This apartment has the correct permission for renting it 3-6 months (or 12 months if 2 people move in), so it is a fully legal apartment where all taxes are paid correctly and there can be no problems. Also the subways U3 and U6, as well as several bus lines, are attainable in short time. Near the apartment there are countless shopping possibilities and restaurants. The 16th district is a lively area with the beautiful Brunnenmarkt, Yppenplatz and the Ottakringer brewery, which is only a few minutes away. Various cultural events take place here on a regular basis. Public transport takes you very quickly to the city centre, but also to the green outskirts (Wilhelminenberg etc.).
