The flat is in a quiet building, just a min. away from vibrant Karmeliter Markt with nice little restaurants & shops. The apartment has a bedroom, living room, separate kitchen&dining area and a bathroom. The 1st district is in walking distance. The apartment is a designer piece, where you immediately feel at home and at ease as it has all amenities you would wish for. I have lived abroad myself for many years, so I know how it feels to move to new places. The kitchen as well as the beautiful wardrobe in the entrance has been designed and built by architects and has it has been taken care of by myself it is like a brand new kitchen with good appliances (SMEG oven e.g.), full proper kitchen equipment with proper and nice plates and cutlery. The Art on the walls is from different, young, but also renowed artists (not just some "IKEA" posters :-)). The bed has a good mattress as well as good bedding and white, comfortable bed linen. The wardrobe is from Poliform (an Italian high end designer company). There is a full proper soundsystem with speakers, which you can connect with your i-phone, laptop and is connected with the TV, so you can also watch your Netflix series with proper sound. We have also SKY premium TV installed, which is free to watch. The apartment offers everything that is essential to feel at home at once and get going with your business and other duties immediately without bothering with settling in too much.
