o No Visa : If a student is unable to obtain a visa to study to the country they intended to study (as per the college / University offer letter), the student must submit their visa application rejection letter before 2 weeks of the booked date of move-in. This will enable us to cancel the booking and reimburse you the students money.
o No University letter Policy : Its important that the student books a property after obtaining the offer letter from the University / College.
o Replacement Policy : If circumstances force a student to replace their booking with another student, we can accommodate the same on the basis of an email from your end.
