El precio mensual es por habitación e incluye los gastos de comunidad y mantenimiento. Se ofrece un servicio opcional de limpieza de zonas comunes por 10 €/mes. El servicio de wifi puede estar ya instalado o, en su defecto, puede ser contratado por los inquilinos con la compañía de su preferencia.
