THE ROOM (single use only) Double bed (for 1 person only – no couples) Private room with lock and key Recently renovated with new furniture: bed, mattress, desk, wardrobe, etc. Apartment on the top floor with lift, very bright with lots of natural light ? THE APARTMENT Modern, calm apartment shared by international university students, with a warm and respectful atmosphere. 6 private bedrooms (each with lock and key) * 5 rooms with double bed (single use) * 1 smaller room with single bed 2 shared bathrooms (maximum 3 students per bathroom) Fully equipped shared kitchen: 2 microwaves (one with oven function), kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, full kitchenware set (plates, cutlery, glasses, mugs, utensils, etc.) Appliances & equipment: washing machine, dishwasher, iron + ironing board, vacuum cleaner ? TRANSPORT Walk everywhere in the city centre Bus stops to UCAM and UMU within 1–2 minutes Tram stop about 8 minutes walk ? RENTAL CONDITIONS Monthly rent (double bed room): 390€ Monthly bills: 60€ (all included) Deposit: 1 month rent (refundable) Administrative fee: 350€ (one-time payment) Official rental contract provided Residency certificate available if needed Single occupancy only – no couples International university students welcome Minimum stay: September to June: 5 months July & August: 1 month ? HOW THE BOOKING & PAYMENTS WORK (Simple Steps) - Reserve the room through Housing Anywhere You pay the first month rent through the platform to secure the room. - Administrative fee – 350€ (one-time payment) After booking through the platform, you will receive an invoice for the administrative fee (350€). This payment must be completed after booking. Once the payment is received, we send your details to the legal office, which prepares your rental contract. The contract will then be sent to you for signature. Your reservation is fully confirmed once the contract has been prepared and sent to you. - Deposit (1 month rent) Paid about 1 week before arrival. This deposit is refunded at the end of your stay if there are no damages. - First month after arrival You do not pay rent again, as the first month rent has already been paid through Housing Anywhere. You only pay the monthly bills (60€) directly to us. - From the second month onward You pay Rent + Bills (390€ + 60€) together in one single monthly bank transfer. ? WHY CITY CENTRE IN MURCIA MATTERS Living centrally is much more convenient than living near the campuses (which are outside Murcia). From here, you get the full student life, and commuting is easy and cheap. Something else to keep in mind when choosing a place to live is that Murcia is extremely hot in summer and humid-cold in winter — air conditioning and heating are essential.
