If cancellation occurs 15 or more days before the move-in date: NZ$550 administration fee will be deducted, but the 2-week prepayment and deposit will be refunded.
If cancellation occurs 14 days or less before the move-in date: The prepayment and NZ$550 administration fee will be deducted, while the deposit will be refunded.
Note: If cancellation happens 14 days or less before move-in and the required documents (passport, ID, visa) are not submitted within this period, the property reserves the right to cancel or delay the booking.
Cancellation penalties vary based on the lease term. You must notify the property team at least 14 days in advance if you wish to terminate your stay.
