BOOKING CONDITIONS: - For long stays it is requested a safety deposit equal to 1 month. - Before checking in, the deposit, final cleaning, and admin fee (500€) must be paid entirely. - At check-in or, ideally, before the check-in, the tenant must sign the rental contract and subscribe to terms and conditions. - Maximum stay: 12 months renewable PRICE INCLUDES - Common costs, utilities up to a limit (50€ for studio, 75€ for one bedroom apt, 100€ for two bedrooms apt) - Agency and registration costs. - Check-in/out during working hours Mon to Fri. - English speaking assistance - Contract registration tax & VAT PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE - Extra cleaning service (possible upon request once the check-in is done) - Check-in/out on weekends, holidays and late/early hours is not included in the price. - For rentals longer than 1 months the Italian tax code is necessary, available with our dedicated assistance at extra charge - Admin fee, 500€.
