Cancellation Policy
Property apply a 14 day ‘cooling off period’ to bookings during which time all monies paid are refundable. Please refer to your tenancy agreement or the sample agreement on our website for your specific property for cancelation details in relation to your booking.
If you decide to leave early you remain responsible for the rent for the duration for your tenancy. However, if you are able to find a suitable replacement for your room, then the tenancy will be cancelled. In line with your tenancy agreement refunds will only be given when a suitable replacement is found.

Therefore if you are applying as a group please: Make it clear on the application form of the names of your group; Size of apartment you require; Talk to your accommodation team early as many buildings sell out quickly. Then we will do the rest!
Can I stay for multiple years?
Many of our residents are returning students who just don't want to leave us. If you choose to stay for more than one year we often offer an early booking incentive. We can't prioritise when we're handing out rooms though, so apply as early as you can to improve your chances. And if you are staying we can give the rooms a thorough inspection, clean them and attend to any maintenance ready for when you return.
