Our 49-51 sqm One-Bedroom Suites with terrace and courtyard view for stays over 28 nights have been furnished to our highest modern standards. The Suites feature a fully equipped kitchen with dining table where everyone can come together. The separate bedroom with comfortable box-spring bed (1.60 m) provides excellent rest. In the spacious living room you will find a modern smart TV as well as a pull-out sofa bed (1.40 m) which can accommodate one more person. The room layout is rounded off by a private bathroom with shower, so you can feel right at home. A special highlight is your own little terrace, where you can relax after a long day. In case of dirty laundry, you have the possibility to wash your clothes in your own washing machine in the apartment. Therefore your apartment offers everything you need for a longer stay with us.Thanks to our electronic access system via a keypad at the entrance of the house as well as at your apartment door, you can check in with us at any time after 3 pm - regardless of the opening hours of a reception or arrangements with the landlord. The historic district is known for its famous sights, which were rebuilt especially after the Second World War. Besides the nationally known Semper Opera, where classical operas and ballets are performed, the surrounding area is especially captivating with traditional German restaurants and beer cellars. Around the dome of the Frauenkirche runs an observation deck, which provides breathtaking views of the city life. Still in the same building of your limehome is a supermarket and various restaurants. The underground car park Altmarkt-Galerie is located exactly on the opposite side of the street and thus promises a pleasant journey. The streetcar station Dresden Webergasse also provides an excellent connection for all excursions that are not within walking distance.
