Fully furnished with large double bed in one bedroom and bunkbed for two in the children‘s room (happy to remove the bunk bed if not needed; will remove the baby bed currently in large bedroom). Kitchen is fully equipped with dish washer, fridge and utensils. Bathroom is large with shower and bathtub as well as washing machine. Floors are beautiful and come with floor heating, so nice and cozy in winter. Building is new, so all is new and modern (no mould or stinky surroundings like in your typical Berlin Altbau). The community is super international with quite a few families, we also have a playground in the inner court which makes it very friendly for families. Next to the building is a huge park (Volkspark Prenzlauer Berg), which is great for running and taking a walk. There is a very nice beer garden inside the Kleingartenanlage (collection of small gardens) and a very nice playground. Public transit is 3 mins away (tram), takes 20 min to get to Alexanderplatz. Supermarkets are 5 min away. Good parking around if you have a car.
