More About the Property
I would suggest to tenants interested in my apartment to make an initial booking for periods not exceeding five/six months (which may be extended later if we both agree, after the initial period).
The apartment, located on the top floor, is very close to the Kanzlerpark, to the river (Spree), to Tiergarten and circa 550 m away from Bellevue Palace (Schloss Bellevue, the official residence of the Federal President of Germany).
The flat is rather central and well located for transport: the train station (S-Bahn Bellevue Station) is only 600 metres away. From there you can travel to Tiergarten (2 min.), Zoologischer Garten (3 min.) etc. (to the west) or to Berlin Central Station (Berlin Hauptbahnhof, 3min.), Friedrichstraße (6 min.), Hackescher Markt (8 min.), Alexanderplatz (9 min.) etc. (to the east).
During peak hours on a working day there is a train every 3 min. In addition, there are also bus stops close to the flat (for instance Bus 100).
Because of its location, the flat is suitable for someone who likes jogging in the park or by the river or simply likes living close to the park. So, you will be able to live in the green and in a central location at the same time!
The flat has a good size balcony. The bed/mattress is around 140x200cm. The internet connection at present is: Vodafone Red Internet & Phone 150 Cable (the tenant has access to the internet, not phone).
Check-in during working hours (between 9am and 5pm): exact time to be agreed.
Ideally I am looking for someone who is moving in around the end of July 2026
