Our 2-room apartment is on 1st floor, it comes with a kitchen and bathroom. It's located in Pankow, Berlin. The apartment has a total surface of 72 m2, suitable for maximum 4 occupants. The building has no lift. The area our lovely apartment locates in is very peaceful and convenient. Nearby you have parks, cafés, and local markets (Seelower Straße/Kollwitzplatz), giving a “small-town” feel within the capital. From the address is less 30 minutes by car to go to Berlin’s major meeting points like Alexanderplatz, Hauptbahnhof, Zoologischer Garten und Hackescher Market. From the apartment to: S+U Schönhauser Allee (S-Bahn Ring + U2) – about 5 to 7 minutes walk S Prenzlauer Allee (S-Bahn Ring) – about 8 to 10 minutes walk U Eberswalder Straße (U2) – about 10 to 12 minutes walk So you’ve got both Ringbahn and U2 basically around the corner. Enough space to leave clean linens dry up in the open air using the provided rack. The apartment offers two queen size beds (140X200 CM), clothes hangers and free wifi (100Mb). If you book this apartment, the following rules apply: If your booking start date is between the 1st to the 15th of the month, the full month's rent is due. If your booking start date is between the 16th and the last day of the month, the second half month's rent is due. If your end date of booking is between the 1st to the 15th of the month, the first half month's rent is due. If your end date of booking is between the 16th and the last day of the month, the second half month's rent is due. Smoking is not permitted. If the move-in date is within these 7 days we need the documents 24 hours before move-in at the latest Before moving in, tenants must provide proof of valid personal liability insurance (“Haftpflichtversicherung”). This insurance covers damages caused to the apartment or to third parties. It is highly recommended in Germany and often included with personal property insurance (“Hausratversicherung”). Without proof of insurance, keys cannot be handed over.
