Harmonie, a superb apartment of 72 m² located on the second floor (without lift) of a building in the heart of the "Cité des Congrès" district. It can comfortably accommodate four passengers. If you spend a few days or a few weeks in Nantes, for professional reasons or holidays/weekends, don't miss to stay in this unique place !Entirely renovated in 2019 and with a contemporary and delicate decoration, you will fall under the charm. This accommodation has a beautiful living room with a kitchen open to the living room, with everything you will need to prepare your favourite dishes : fridge-freezer, hob, multifunction oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and many kitchen utensils. The kitchen is equipped with a table to share your meals in a convivial atmosphere. It consists of two pretty rooms (beds size 140X200) with chests of drawers and wardrobes. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a towel dryer. The toilets are independent.For your comfort, you will also have at your disposal a washing machine, a clothes line as well as an iron and ironing board in the laundry room adjoining the kitchen. Wifi and TV are included in the rental price. A 5-minute walk away is the famous Lieu Unique, a cultural centre that has become a national stage, housed in the former premises of the LU biscuit factory. The famous Château des Ducs de Bretagne is less than 10 minutes away on foot and the train station is just a 10-minute walk away.However, if you prefer public transport, the bus is 5 minutes away, as well as tram lines 2 and 3 (stops "Hotel Dieu" and "Aimé Delrue"). The bus C5 , stop "Lieu Unique" is 2 minutes away and takes you directly to the station. To the airport, a dedicated shuttle bus leaves from the train station and takes you there in about 20 minutes.
