Our apartment accommodates up to two people (and one baby cot). It has a fully equipped kitchen, high speed WIFI and cable TV. It is located directly next to the U2 metro station "Messe Prater", which will take you to the city centre in just 10 minutes. The Reed Exhibition Centre Vienna, University of Economics, Sigmund-Freud-University and the Viennese Prater are also right across the street.The non-smoking apartment measures 35 m². It consists of an entrance hall with a space for your clothes, a shower room and an extra toilet. The spacious living room is equipped with a cozy double bed (180/200 cm, also possible as two single beds with 90x200 cm), a kitchen and a dining table.The apartment has a balcony with a beautiful view into the green backyard.Underfloor heating and air conditioning (available in the warm season) always ensure the right temperature. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a sink, an oven, a hob and a dishwasher. A water cooker and a coffee machine are also provided. The table for four people opens up the possibility for self-catering and social gatherings. A dryer, iron, ironing board and a hairdryer are also provided as standard. On request and subject to availability, we can provide a baby cot free of charge.Fresh towels and bed linen are provided once upon arrival.
