More About the Property

The apartment consists of a large l room, a kitchen, an anteroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed (1,8 m wide) and two wardrobes. The living room has a large dining/working table with four chairs. The apartment is located in a historic district with very good infrastructure. The city center can be reached by public transport in about 20 minutes. Well equipped apartment with antique furniture for a comfortable stay in Vienna. In the apartment you will find everything for daily use (such as towels, shower gel, fully equipped kitchen, etc.). 100% of the electricity comes from alternative energy sources (water, wind, sun, biomass). The apartment is located in "Hernals", an authentic and grown part of Vienna between the city center and close to the famous forest "Vienna Woods". The infrastructure such as shopping and public transport is excellent. Hernals is well known for its famous Viennese confectionery manufacturer "Manner". In the district of Hernals you will also find the typical wine taverns called "Heurige" and the multicultural open-air market "Brunnenmarkt". With very good public transport you can quickly reach the city center or the beautiful "Vienna Woods" in the other direction. In about five minutes you can reach a tram, which will take you to the city center in about 15 minutes. Very good public transport (such as tram and metro) is available. It is possible to park the car in front of the building, but you will need to buy a parking ticket during the day. If you want to park your car for a longer period, we recommend that you park the car in a parking garage in the vicinity.
