Shops, bars and restaurants to cater for all needs and tastes in the immediate vicinity, with Sunday shopping. The place is exactly like in the fotos, there are no nasty surprises - we have worked with housing anywhere for a while and they come to check on everything. We don't do viewings to reduce estate agents's fees and also many people walking through rooms which can be disturbing for the people living there. After bad experiences we do not give IBAN: Deposit money €1000,-- in cash minus €80 charged for any length of stay,-- (service fee for insurances, gas control, boiler service, radiator and fire-warning check etc.), monthly rent in cash - receipt is provided.
