Booking Deposit: To secure an apartment, the tenant must pay 2 weeks rent plus the cost of the mattress protector and shower curtain. Also a bond of 4-6 weeks rent depending on the weekly rental figure must be paid prior to check in.

Initial/Cooling-Off Period - You can cancel your booking by sending us in writing, greater than 14 days before the start date of your contract.
Terms and Conditions
Greater than 14 days before the start date of your contract the following amounts will be refundable:
Security Deposit of A$800.00 and Two Weeks of Occupancy Fees
Between 1 and 14 days before the start date of your contract:
Cancellation Fee Charged: Depending on Room Type, equal to one week of rent
On or after the contract start date
Cancellation Fee Charged: Depending on Room Type, equal to one week of rent. You are responsible for payment of the Occupancy Fees until a suitable replacement is secured.
